DALLAS RACQUET CLUB
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership in the Dallas Racquet Club requires one to be legally single, at least 25 years of age, and a USTA rating of 3.0 or higher. Players not known by the DRC Board are required to play in three (3) DRC-sponsored tennis matches or tournaments.

Dallas Racquet Club offers two different dues payment options – 1) prepaid or 2) pay-as-you-go.

Prepaid Option -- The prepaid dues option is $80.00 per year, paid either in full by April 15 or in two $40 increments by April 15 and August 15. There are no additional weekly dues. New members’ dues are prorated at $10/month for the balance of the season.

Pay-As-You-Go – The pay-as-you-go option is $30.00 per year and $3 per week for each week you play. If you don’t play, you don’t pay. The $30 annual fee is not prorated.

As a DRC member you are also entitled to discounts and preferential sign up to club tournaments and social events, a club directory, and any newsletters or letters published.

The undersigned agrees to support and promote the objectives of the Dallas Racquet Club and abide by its constitution and by-laws in applying for membership. In submitting this application, I hereby make it known to whomever it may concern that I will hold harmless and indemnify the Dallas Racquet Club, its officers, board of directors, and members for any bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage incurred or caused by me while participating in or resulting from any activity sponsored by the Dallas Racquet Club.
